We ship our goods to almost any destination in the world. All orders are shipped either:
- Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For, Next-Day Special Delivery (UK)
- Airsure/FedEx (To most EU countries)
- Royal Mail ISF (International Signed For)/FedEx (Rest of the world)
International customers may be subject to import duties & taxes, which are implemented once a shipment reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges or what they may be. Customs policies do vary from country to country & you should contact your local customs office for further information.

All orders with a UK delivery address are subject to FREE P&P.
Shipping fees for non UK destinations will be shown at checkout, unless otherwise stated.
All orders are normally shipped within 24 to 48 hours upon receipt of your order. If there is any delay we will notify you by email.
OUT OF STOCK ON BACK ORDER
We make every attempt to maintain stock levels of each product we sell. On rare occasions we may be out of stock of certain products due to an increase in sales during busy periods. If any product is not available for shipment we will contact you by email with up to date delivery information or an offer of a full refund.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
We will only accept items back if they are faulty and within *7 working days of receiving the item. The goods must be returned in an ‘as new’ condition & returned in the original, undamaged packaging, along with any accessories & free gifts received with them. The product(s) must not have been used or installed. Whilst the goods are in your possession you must take reasonable care of them & not use them. All solution bottles must still be in the air tight sealed packaging.
All return postage/shipping costs will be met by the customer. All returned goods must also be adequately insured by the customer in case of damage/loss for their return as undamaged returns arriving damaged or returns that have been lost by any mail/courier service will not be refunded.
* Working days means all days other than Saturday, Sunday & public holidays. You must first contact us within the 7 working day period – see two options below.
There are two ways to refund/cancel your purchase prior to posting/shipping taking place:
- You can cancel your order by contacting us through our contacts page.
- By phoning us on 0800 11 201 79 with your order reference number & delivery details to hand.
We will then give you a full refund for the cost of the product plus the delivery charge paid. However we do have the right to retain any charge paid for services which have already begun or been completed.
